What You Can Expect

We're with you every step of the way...

Initial Site Visit: Discuss your ideas and ensure we share the same vision

Design: Choose a Mignatti signature home design, bring your own or work with one of our associate architects

Permits and engineering: We can handle or assist you in obtaining anything required

Financing: We'll discuss requirements and offer advice and guidance

Options selection: Together, we'll select materials and finishes for your home

Pre-construction site visit: Once financing is in place and we have the green light to begin construction, we'll stake out and personally review home siting on your lot

We'll accompany you on site visits at the following stages of construction:

• Framinig is completed and the roof is on
• Rough plumbing, electric, heating and cooling are completed
• Insulation, interior and exterior wall coverings are installed
• Paint, trim and kitchen cabinets are installed
• Approximately 10 days prior to completion (to note any outstanding needs)
• All work is complete and your new custom home is ready for occupancy
